Large Events or An Intimate Setting
We have several spaces to host private events whether a small or large gathering. We have a large reception hall that can accommodate up to 285, smaller tasting room for events of 50 people or less and outdoor spaces as well including a covered patio or spacious two tiered back patio.

Deposit & Payment Schedule
A 50% deposit is due on signing contract to reserve the date. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to event. All of these payments are nonrefundable. All agreements may be limited by federal, state or local regulations.
What is included with the rental?
We include and set-up tables and chairs. Please speak with event coordinator for other amenities.

How do I reserve a date?
A date is reserved when a signed contract with a deposit is received by Brix and Columns Vineyards.
What is the rental time for an event?
The rental is from 10 am to 10 pm the day of the event with cleanup and all guests off the property by 11 pm. If you require access the day before, then we are happy to provide the option of renting the day before as well. There is a discount for clients that rent for several days. Many families enjoy this option as it allows for more preparation time. Some clients have a rehearsal dinner as well here at Brix and Columns Vineyards. Depending on size of party, the rehearsal dinner may be outside and at times inside of the home for smaller groups.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are nonrefundable and are due as follows. One third of fee is due at contract signing. The second third of the fee is due 6 months prior to reserved date. The final third is due by 3 months prior to date of event.
Are there additional fees?
You need to provide event insurance, damage deposit (refundable), VA ABC Banquet license and if you require other rental items such as additional tents these would be the client’s responsibility. Additional needs may result in additional charges. Just ask.
Who will be responsible for chair and table setup?
Our staff will be glad to setup chairs for ceremony and chairs and tables for reception. We must know of any special requirements prior to the day of the ceremony.
When can vendors begin setting up?
Vendors can begin set up at the designated rental time.
What sizes are your tables?
We have beautifully made, handcrafted farm tables that are 40″ x 96″. We also have an array of 6′ and 8′ rectangular tables, 4′ and 5′ circular tables and 30″ cocktail tables.
