A fun sparkling wine and burger pairing adventure. We will be pairing three sparkling wines with three delicious burger sliders featuring: the Bistro Burger with grilled onions, swiss cheese and horseradish garlic cream sauce, the Southern Sweet Burger with orange marmalade, pimento cheese and bacon, and the Caprese Burger with fresh basil, mozzarella, tomato and balsamic glaze. We are excited to partner with Dayton Tavern for this event! The beef is locally grown, pasture raised, and grain finished from Zion's Farm.
