Our vineyard is the premier wedding venue in the Shenandoah Valley. Whether you are looking for a vineyard or rural setting, our venue offers picturesque views at every turn. Located on a private 160 acre farm, we have buildings with stunning Jeffersonian architecture, expansive open lawns, and a stately hall for indoor festivities. Both the Blue Ridge Mountain range and the Massanutten Peak offer stunning backdrops for any pictures taken at your event. Wedding Venue Rates
Standard wedding venue 2025 and 2026 prices are $8,200 for Saturdays and Sundays. Rental rates are for up to 200 guests. Pricing includes many amenities including bride and groom dressing rooms, farm tables and chairs. Additional per person charges above 200 guests apply due to additional costs with staffing and equipment needs to give your special day just the right feel.
Deposit & Payment Schedule
A deposit of 1/3 is due on signing contract to reserve the date. 1/3 is due 6 months prior to event and the final 1/3 is due 3 months prior to event. All of these payments are nonrefundable. Damage deposit ($750) is due 45 days in advance of event and fully refundable if no damage occurs. Damages are the responsibility of the renter regardless of whether you, one of your vendors or one of your guests caused the damage. All vendors must give a current certificate of liability insurance listing Brix and Columns Vineyards as the insured. Certificate of insurance copy is due 30 days prior to event. All agreements may be limited by federal, state or local regulations.

After your nuptials, your guests can enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on our patio or one of our tasting rooms. Once you have finished with your staged pictures, join wedding guest in the banquet hall while your band or dj plays your favorite songs. The beautiful and grand reception hall allows you to put your personal design touches in the space, but its Jeffersonian beauty can also stand alone. The Brix and Columns Vineyards endeavors to make your event one that you and your guests both remember. It will truly be a magical day.

What is included with the rental?
Many bonuses are included with our rental fee. We will continue to add more to the list, but at this time we will provide this incredible list of benefits.

How do I reserve a date?
A date is reserved when a signed contract with a deposit is received by Brix and Columns Vineyards.
What is the rental time for an event?
The rental is from 10 am to 10 pm the day of the event with cleanup and all guests off the property by 11 pm. A walk through rehearsal is included and encouraged. Some clients have a rehearsal dinner as well here at Brix and Columns Vineyards.
Can I have the ceremony at the site as well?
Many of our couples have both the ceremony and the reception here.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are nonrefundable and are due as follows. One third of fee is due at contract signing. The second third of the fee is due 6 months prior to reserved date. The final third is due by 3 months prior to date of event.
Are there additional fees?
You need to provide event insurance, damage deposit (refundable), VA ABC Banquet license and if you require other rental items such as additional tents these would be the client’s responsibility. Additional needs may result in additional charges. Just ask.
Who will be responsible for chair and table setup?
Our staff will be glad to setup chairs for ceremony and chairs and tables for reception. We must know of any special requirements prior to the day of the ceremony.
When can vendors begin setting up?
Vendors can begin set up as soon as the site is available to you which is 10 am the day of the event.
What sizes are your tables?
We have 20 beautiful locally made farm tables, 40″ x 96″. We also have an array of 6′ and 8′ rectangular tables, 4′ and 5′ round tables and 30″ cocktail tables.
Are engagement and bridal photo shoot access an additional fee?
Time for a photo shoot is included with the rental. You need to bring your photographer and reserve a time as these shoots need to be scheduled so as not to interfere with other events.
Can cars be left overnight?
Yes, cars can be left in parking lot over night. The safety of our guests is important to us. Brix and Columns Vineyards is not responsible for any personal property left on premise.
